Payment

• By Credit Card
  Online payments will be processed through the secure payment page of the Congress online registration system.
• By Bank Transfer
  When choosing Bank transfer as payment method, you will receive an automatic email including bank account details.

Cancellation Terms

• Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to congress Secretariat at info@era.gr.
• For cancellations received up to and including March 31st, 2024, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• For cancellations received on and after April 1st, 2024, no refund will be given, full amount is required.
• All refunds will be processed after the event.
• A handling fee of EUR 20 per registration will be charged for every modification received on and after April 1st, 2024.
